A singer/guitarist currently based in Vancouver Canada and performs in a solo or duo acoustic setting playing an ecclectic mix of tasteful tunes. He also offers a live acoustic alternating with dj mix, as well as being available as a jazz vocalist for live sessions/recordings and narration.

Robin travels to Asia from time to time to play with his various groups in Japan and also Thailand for acoustic solo/duo gigs. See schedule.

History Robin started in Vancouver singing after high school with a rock trio which gradually grew into a 7 member band 'The Hand Of Fate'. The band started doing Classic Rock covers then jam improve c/o The music of The Grateful Dead then adding oridinal compositions. Playing various venues around Vancouver including the Town Pump, Expo 86 Street, The Commodore Ballroom, private parties and school dances as well as out of town gigs. The band won a song recording on the 'Vancouver Seeds' album in the Spotlight '86 contest sponsored by C-Fox radio station.

Robin moved to Japan and also started playing guitar thru the '90's A guitar/piano duo gradually grew into a 10 member R&B band with a horn section, The Howling Loochie Brothers, which released a self titled CD in 2001. The CD is mostly original material (lyrics written by Robin) The Loochie Bros became a well known fixture on the international Tokyo music scene playing Clubs, Parties, Dances, Hotel Ball Rooms, Festivals etc. Robin also worked with a 'progressive rock' trio called Gerard, that released CD's through the mid 90's singing and writing lyrics. Jazz standards became another focus in the late 90's where he sang at gigs usually with a piano trio or quartet. He also sings and plays acoustic guitar solo, duo, trio and electric guitar in a four member band 'Electric Loochie Land'.

Other work included singing and acting and narrations for educational material and commercial projects and apearing on NHK TV.
